The Jil & Hephzibal Foundation
In service of God and humanity
The Jil & Hephzibal Foundation is a Christian non-governmental organization dedicated to improving lives in black African societies.
It is common knowledge that governments across the African continent have failed to bring the much needed development to majority of it citizenry. Nations with abundant natural resources on the continent still have its people living far below poverty level.
People on the African continent often feel limited in their ability to dream big because of the environment they find themselves and restricted access to opportunities to change their current circumstance. Jil & Hephzibah Foundation was founded for this!!
We at the foundation are all about creating opportunities that make big impact on black African societies.
Our focus is not to provide fishes daily to people but the boat, net, and necessary fishing knowledge.
Our cause is to develop black African Societies through education, empowerment, and charitable acts and this is how we will achieve it in three simple ways:

BUD Women Program (Grow a business, grow Africa)
BUD Women Program (Grow a business, grow Africa)
BUD Women Program (Grow a business, grow Africa): This program offers interest and collateral free Micro Loans to mainly women for expansion of current business or for startup of trade. Fields of interest are not restricted. The BUD program is categorized into BUD 1(Micro Business Startup), BUD 2 (Support for Micro Business Expansion) and BUD 3 (Interest free Loans for Small Businesses).
We Thrive Apprenticeship
We Thrive Apprenticeship : The program provides grant to individuals who desire to learn a hand/technical skill and are unable to afford it. Individuals must be between ages 16 and 25 to access this grant.

Ruth Widows Unit
Ruth Widows Unit
Ruth Widows Unit: The Ruth Unit target widows with children below the ages of fifteen (15) years and provides food items for them. Sometimes a little cash token is given in addition to the items hand out. Widows are given priority in extension of interest free micro loans for business through the Bud Program. The Unit does community wide program bi-annually.

JIL BOX: This unit comprises of the Gracevine unit(Life time feeding program for destitute aged women) , Food Bank and Micro Business Startup pack for women.

EDUCATION
The Community Library Project
The Community Library Project
The Community Library Project: Libraries play pivotal roles in educating young minds and bringing about ideas for community development. The J&H community Libraries will operate Monday to Saturday while free Adult literacy classes and Piano/ painting lessons will hold once a week.

Science for Community Development Unit (SFCD): This unit have initiatives co-sponsored by corporate organization or local government.

Green and clean Initiative
Green and clean Initiative
Green and clean Initiative: This is an incentive-based community outreach program designed to motivate resident of select area to keep their environment clean and green. Children within these areas will be expected to grow flowers around their resident and local schools.
Cleanest locality within selected local government area is offered gift such as books or computers for their schools and Christmas party sponsorship for children.
The Square Court
The Square Court: A program designed for youth living in low-income area to meet and exchange ideas on low finance innovative ideas for improving their local communities.

CHARITY
Eliana Orphanage Unit
Eliana Orphanage Unit
Eliana Orphanage Unit: Orphanages located within highly disadvantaged areas are provided specific food items on a monthly basis. This unit do not cater for other needs of orphanages outside of food.
MF Timothy Unit
MF Timothy Unit: This unit in collaboration with churches support projects in rural northern Nigeria communities, our own way of extending the love of Jesus to people living in highly disadvantaged communities.

Youth Support Programs: In addition to the above, this unit support sponsorship of youths for Christian oriented program such as retreats and camps; assistance is also extended to Christian organizations targeting young adult.
